TESTIMONIAL #1
Dear Eds Rover Service,
I would like to take a minute and let you know how grateful I am for your EXPERTISE in working on my Freelander.
I purchased my Freelander in August of 2006 at which time it had 42,000 miles on it. I also ended up buying an extended warranty as I had never owned a Land rover before and knew they were expensive to repair. From August of 2006 to March of 2008. I have personally spent around $4,000 out of pocket on this vehicle, the warranty company has spent $4,500 since that time. I have taken it to 3 different expert repair facilities for the repairs during this time. BTW one of the locations that worked on my vehicle was the local Land Rover dealership. After I had the timing belt changed (routine maintenance) my check engine light started to come on. I took it back time and time again to my local mechanic and they could not find anything wrong, finally in March of this year after I had my power steering pump replaced my check engine light came on again and I was told I would need a new engine. The problem was there were no engines out there as the manufacture who built the engines for my year model Freelander had gone out of business. I later found out that my local mechanic took my vehicle to the Land Rover dealership and that is who decided I needed a new engine. I received your mailer and decided to investigate your operation, am I ever grateful I did. Like a blessing from above you spent a lot of time with me before I brought my vehicle in, all you wanted to do is look at it yourself and make your own judgment. To make a long story short the problem wasn’t my engine at all. It all started from when the other place installed my timing belt and did not install it properly. Because of your experience and knowledge of Land Rovers, not only did you FIX the problem but saved me THOUSANDS of dollars.
I would like to also point out something else as well..one may wonder if I had an extended warranty how I could possibly spend so much money out of pocket while the vehicle was having cover repairs done. My warranty only paid up to $75.00 an hour labor rate, no one worked on my vehicle for under a $100.00 an hour (Ed’s Rover labor rate is under $75 an hour), plus at the dealership I had to front the covered portion and wait for a reimbursement check in the mail, not so with your company. Thanks again for opening your shop and please feel free to use me as a reference ANYTIME.

Dear Ed’s Rover,
I was one of your very first customers and had an air spring to coil conversion done on my 2000 Range Rover. I was pleased that the technician greeted me and explained the necessary repairs in a language that I understood. It is refreshing that the needed repairs are first explained to me before they are carried out. I am glad there is finally an alternative Land Rover shop. I have since returned twice for smaller repairs and was greeted as I was the first time. I was also explained what repairs were needed again and the process they would take, as if it were my first visit. I would have no problem recommending Ed’s Rover to anyone who owns a Range Rover.
Kenny, Ron, & Chris are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in their work and skill as Range Rover technicians.
I am sure that their honest & friendly service will be a nice surprise to anyone who visits the shop.

If you own any Land Rover vehicles, this is the place to have any work or check up on your Rover done. I have a 97′ Discovery and a 00′ Range Rover. This shop has worked on both. Satisfaction begins to define your experience. I am on my second tour in Iraq and having the piece of mind that you will get quality, stand behind our work service at unbeaten prices is rare in today’s auto industry. Especially when you are not there to check on it.
This shop goes the extra mile in customer service. This place sales itself, stop by or give them a call and you will see what I mean. I hope I stay at Ft. Campbell, because I love driving Rover’s and I am glad I found these guys. The only place my Rover’s will go and the rest of my trucks. I truly appreciate the work guys.

If you own a Landrover, then you know that the Nashville area is LONG over-due for a quality independent Land Rover repair facility. I brought my Rover to Ed’s and found that first and foremost they were very personable and honest. They are very knowledgeable about rovers and have the customer’s best interest in mind in trying to get it fixed right, but at the most economical route possible. Thanks to Kenny and the guys at Ed’s Rover Service my truck is running better than it ever has.

Ed’s Rover Team:
I wanted to take a few minutes to compliment you on your outstanding and personal service. So often in our busy world you only hear from customers when they are unhappy but in this case I can assure you that my recent experience with your company has turned me into huge fan.
I recently experienced a life milestone and purchased a used Land Rover for my daughter who has just turned 16 years old. I wanted to make sure that she had a safe and reliable vehicle to drive and felt that the Land Rover was the best choice. Like most used vehicles it needed some pretty major repairs to make sure that it was going to continue to be reliable and safe for her. This is where you guys really shined. From the beginning I felt like the team at Ed’s spoke to me about my car from the perspective that you were treating it like it was your own personal vehicle. Your estimate was almost half what the dealer had quoted me and your service was outstanding to boot. Kenny even offered to drop the car off in my driveway after the repair was completed. This kind of outstanding customer service and personal attention is really going to benefit you as your young company grows. Hat’s off to you guys.
Please pass along my thanks to your team and tell them to keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
John RichardsNational

TESTIMONIAL #6
Please post this comment.
I purchased a Land Rover Freelander.
After moving to Franklin TN and having problems with my Land Rover I found a Franklin TN Foreign Car Repair Company, who repaired my car in 3/2008 for what was supposed to be a break in my intake flap. The repair totaled $2200.00. Six months later the engine light came on and I called the same service company who quoted me a price of $2900.00 to change the timing belts and another $1500.00 to service my car. The repair also charged me a charge of $280.00 to flush out my power steering fluid.
Before paying for repairs and maintenance I then was blessed with finding Ed’s Rover Service. Ed’s Rover Service completed the timing belt change and service/maintenance for $1580.00 which was a savings of over $3,000.00. Ed’s rover service also determined that my power steering pump needed to be replaced and then the rack was also in need of replacement, which means that the $280.00 that was spent with the other garage was a total waste of my money. I then had another engine problem in 12/2008 that was the same as I had incurred in 3/2008 which cost me $2200.00 and was also supposedly repaired by the other garage. Ed’s Rover Service advised me that the coolant fluid was leaking out of the car and being burned up by the exhaust. I was advised that my car would be in future concern for a complete engine replacement. Please note that if I had used Ed’s Rover Service in the beginning that I may not have been in debt $2,200.00.
Thank goodness that I found Ed’s Rover service before I was subjected to any unnecessary charges by any other unreliable and dishonest repair service companies. I cannot Thank Ed’s Rover Service enough for the honest and reliable service that was provided. Ed’s Rover Service is a true blessing to anyone who owns a Land Rover
I highly recommend, if you have a Land Rover to use Ed’s Rover Service for scheduled maintenance or repair service.

Kenny,
I sold my Rover yesterday, 200129 miles, a lot of good memories.
The last 100,000 I have to give credit to you and your crew. The best service and value
I have had from a mechanic’s shop since a garage I used to work in as a kid.
As soon as my ship comes in, we will try to find a Defender and you know who will
get all my business.
Thanks again for a wonderful 5 years
